First of all, we cook the eggs in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, which we put in a wok pan, if any, or in a normal pan, by mixing them thoroughly and breaking them into pieces. Transfer the cooked egg to another plate.

Add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil to the same pan (if you are going to use sesame oil, one tablespoon each) and fry the carrots and peas for 3-4 minutes. Then add the finely chopped garlic and continue frying for a few more minutes.

Then we add the cooked rice to the pan and let it mix well with the vegetables. This step may seem a bit difficult since the rice is sticky together and there are no grains, but it will make our work easier to mix slowly and continuously so that the rice mixes with the vegetables evenly.

Mix the rice and fry for a few minutes, then add the cooked egg, spices and soy sauce, mix well again. Since soy sauce is salty, it may be necessary to add salt in a controlled manner or not at all.
Finally, we add the finely chopped fresh onion, mix it and turn off the stove.
