 500 g broccoli
 250 g Brussels sprouts
 100 g baby spinach
 100 g iceberg lettuce
 4 garlic cloves
 2 tbsp pomegranate syrup
 1 lemon
 1 tsp salt
 6 walnut kernel
 50 ml olive oil

How To Make Broccoli Salad?

After separating the broccoli from florets, boil it in steam for 5 minutes and set it aside to cool.

Divide the Brussels sprouts into 3-4 parts according to their size.

Put the finely chopped garlic and Brussels sprouts in the pan in which you put 20 cc olive oil and cook for 5 minutes and sauté them.

After sautéing the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes, add the chopped spinach and mix, then turn off the stove.

Mix the cooled ingredients together and add the chopped iceberg, and after mixing again, pour the sauce you made with lemon + pomegranate syrup + olive oil and salt on top and mix.
