Cauliflower pilaf, which is a pilaf preferred by vegan, vegetarian and dieters; It is also an ideal solution for feeding vegetables to children who do not eat vegetables.

How to Make Cauliflower Rice?

First, we wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets.

Put the cauliflower florets in the food processor and grind until they are the size of rice. (I took two shots because they didn't fit all at once)

Finely chop the onion, red pepper and garlic in a pan and fry them in olive oil.

We add the cauliflower to the pan and add the spices and salt and fry for a few more minutes, stirring. While making this pilaf, we do not add hot water and we do not close the lid of our pan. Stir until the cauliflower is cooked. After cooking, add lemon juice and mix without turning off the stove.

When the rice is cooked, we serve it hot. Enjoy your meal!
