 1 small tomato
 1 small green pepper
 1 small onion(red onion if available)
 2 garlic cloves
 2 tbsp lemon juice (lime lemon juice if available)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 pinches chopped parsley(coriander is good too)
 Salt(according to your taste)
 Black pepper(according to your taste)

How To Make Easy and Original Guacamole?

Cut the avocados into two parts with a knife. You can easily remove the seed without damaging the fruit by sticking a knife into the seed and turning it to the side a little. First, chop it with a knife, then take it out of the shell with the help of a spoon, put it in a deep bowl and crush it with a fork.

Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions very finely. You can remove the seeds from the tomatoes if you wish. I don't usually take it out, but seedless is better.

After crushing the garlic, mix all the chopped ingredients and chopped parsley with avocado.
