 700 g boneless chicken thigh or breast
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 big onion
 3 garlic cloves
 2 tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Curry Sauce:
 2 tbsp butter
 2 tbsp flour
 1 glass of water milk
 1 tsp curry
 1 tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper

How To Male Easy Chicken Curry?

Chop the chickens in cubes.

Saute the finely chopped onions and garlic in oil for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add the chopped chicken to the onion and garlic, add salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the butter and flour in another large skillet. After adding salt, curry and black pepper and mixing, turn off the stove and pour the milk slowly, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Light up the stove again and add water until it adjusts its consistency. When it reaches a thick consistency, your curry sauce is ready.
